Vegan Moroccan Style Sweet Potato & Kale Salad


The perfect salad to eat to that’s light but definitely filling. Later, I have been eating more vegan options and I MUST be satisfied with each meal or else I’ll be scavenging for more food moments later.

My tip! Make sure you have a great amount of greens, a protein/fiber source like these garbanzo beans and a complex carb, as your sweet potatoes. Add in lots of spice and other herbs to satisfy your hunger!
